Love him or hate him but Nate Diaz is a good fighter. The first round of the main event he was getting dominated in the standup against Melvin Guillard. At the start of the second round Diaz was all bloody and gave Guillard two middle fingers before the start of the second round. A notorious slow starter, Diaz start to pull ahead and used his dominate jiujutsu game on Guillard. The Ultimate Fighter” Season 5 lightweight winner ended up submitting Guillard with a modified guillotine choke 2:13 with a text book submission that no one in the world could escape.
