UFC Betting Review:

Henderson KOs BispingIt was a dominate night for the UFC champions as both Georges St Pierre and Brock Lesnar easily beat their respective opponents to retain their belts. Georges St Pierre had no trouble with hard hitting Thiago Alves as he was able to take him down at will his superior wresting abilities. Alves had no answer for St Pierre’s dominate top control game. In most case throughout the fight Alves was able to power out of the half guard position but he had no answer St Pierre’s striking and wrestling skills. For all five rounds St Pierre controlled every aspect of the fight and ended up winning a five round decision victory. It was such a dominate performance that there seems to be no one else in the UFC 170 pound division that can even compare to GSP. He has disposed of all the top welterweights and he is on a collision course to meet Anderson Silva sometime in the future. The only top welterweight that can maybe give him a test might be Jake Shields if the UFC signs him.

On the heavyweight side with only 5 pro mixed martial arts fight to his credit Brock Lesnar is now the dominate heavyweight in the UFC. With his disposal of Frank Mir to his ground and pound there seems to no heavyweight that can even give him a true test. Can anyone say sign Fedor. Frank Mir had no answer for Lesnar as he was unable to get the 285 pound Lesnar of his body. Someone should teach Lesnar some class as he was very Pro Wrestling like, as he fingered the crowd and egged on the crowd to boo him. He showed little class and acted more like a WWE fighter than a MMA fighter. After the fight he went up to Mir and said some words and in his post fight interview with Joe Rogan he made some remarks about sleeping with his wife Sable.

Lesnar issued an apology at a post-fight press conference.

“I acted very unprofessionally after the fight, and I’ll leave it at that,” he said. “You guys ask me all the time if there’s anything I can drag over from WWE, and I guess you’ve seen a little bit of that tonight. I’m used to selling pay-per-view tickets. Dana came back, and we had our whip-the-dog session. I screwed up, and I apologize.”

The best fight of the night was a devastating knock out by Dan Henderson over Michael Bisping. Henderson was able to shut the cocky British fighter down was a right hand that knocked Bisping out before he hit the ground and to finish him off Henderson landed one last right elbow/forearm for good measure. Henderson said the final strike on Bisping was meant to "shut him up" in a joking matter. The KO was one of the most devastating strikes ever in the UFC as Bisping consistently moved towards Henderson’s power right hand.

UFC 100 was one of the best mixed martial arts pay per views in some time. Also winning was Yoshihiro Akiyama in his UFC debut over Alan Belcher, Jon Fitch and Mark Coleman. The Hammer beat Stephan Bonnar with his takedowns and seemed to turn back time in his 45 year all body.
