We all live the UFC but one has to let the public know that some of these UFC fighters are getting ripped off. If you read some of our recent MMA articles (UFC: It's Time to Pay Up) on UFC salaries and fighter's wages and look at today's new release put forth by the California State Athletic Commission you will be amazed how much the UFC is ripping off their fighters.

No wonder why Pride had the best fighters in the world it is because they paid their fighters more. If you wanted to be on the show The Ultimate Fighter to win the contract think again. Look how much Rashad Evans made versus his fight with Tito Ortiz. $16,000 versus Tito's 200K. No wonder why Rashad is pissed off at Tito.

And thanks to the UFC Rashad will get paid 16K for the next 4 fights due to his "lucrative" 6 figure contract runs out. The California State Athletic Commission has released the fighter salaries for this past weekend's UFC 73. The official attendance was 13,183 out of a capacity of 16,811 at the Arco Arena. 8,622 tickets were sold and 4,561 tickets were given away. .
