Lately
in the UFC the Champions have been dropping like flies. First
it was Rich Franklin, then Tim Slyvia, then Matt Hughes and
then Georges St Pierre. This Saturday Quinton Rampage Jackson
will continue that trend with what I predict to be a first round
knock out. If you saw the first fight (See
video below) Jackson laid a whipping to Chuck that was
embarrassing. He was gibbled from the opening ding of the bell.
I really don't see how Chuck can beat Jackson in their rematch.
First
of all Rampage is the exact same fighter Chuck is except he
throws and much heavier punch. There will be no secret in this
fight as both fighters will stand toe to toe and one guy will
be carried out. Well for all you UFC fans out their Chuck will
get KO’d real badly Saturday. Chuck has not fought a guy
with as much power as Jackson has. Rampage has much heavier
hands and is essential a more powerful version of Liddell.
Chuck
does not have the power that a Mauricio Shogun Rua or Silva
has and Liddell has a great power slam and the power to lift
and throw chuck around. He won’t be going for any take
down or submissions in this fight.
The
fight will play out like this: Bell rings, both fighter touch
gloves. Rampage rushed in and put Chuck to the cage picks him
up slams him and then process to beat Chuck until the ref stops
the fight.
Bottom
Line: Chuck has not fought any fighter with as much
punching power as he does. If you saw the first Pride fight
he did not know what to do once he found out that he has more
power than him, so he retreating ended up getting beat like
a rented mule. Most guys don’t press the attack against
Chuck and when Rampage presses the action he will fold. I really
don’t Chuck is taken this fight seriously. He has been
partying lots with Dana White (see video
below) and he still has the same training partners while
Rampage has been working with Team Punishment and Tito Ortiz
who can give him some good insight on Chuck. Liddell has always
said that he wont change his training because if isn’t
broke don’t fix it. Well he lost badly to Rampage and
he has fixed it.
He
already beat Chuck to a pulp. Take Jackson at a +165 Underdog
to win again.
