Davey Thompkins

Davey was first introduced to Mixed Martial Arts at the tender age of 6 years old when his step-mother, a martial arts teacher herself, talked about a show on t.v. that was "completely barbaric". Interested only in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers, Davey begged his dad to watch it, and the rest is history. Since then, Davey has put together 19 total years of martial art training under his belt, including a black belt in the art his step-mother taught, 7 years in Muay Thai and countless seminars on the fighting AND judging of MMA. With so many newcomers to this wonderful sport, Davey hopes are to usher in this tidal wave of soon-to-be fans with rich insight of past events and strong opinions on the ones to come.

Stan Leung

Stan has been with mixed martial arts since day 1. From the very first UFC to Royce Gracie versus Sakuraba at PRIDE Grand Prix 2000 Finals to Georges St Pierre’s wins over Matt Hughes, Stan has followed every MMA events, organization and fighter since it’s inception.

Stan has a background is sports writing and sports handicapping with a number of articles and caps with various websites. With an extensive knowledge of mixed martial arts combined with sports handicapping, Mr. Leung’s knowledge in the world of MMA area is second to none.

Stan also trains in Brazilian Jujitsu with Marcus Soares, who was Carlson Gracie’s number one student with a 7th degree black belt from the legendary Brazilian jujitsu fighter. When it comes almost every aspect of MMA, Mr. Leung is one of the foremost experts.

Rob Nash

My name is Rob Nash, I am a 22 year old college student living in Ireland and have been an avid fan of mma and the UFC from the early age of sixteen.


Having a real passion for the sport I decided just recently to start writing about it. I have trained in kickboxing for many years and hope to take up Brazilian jiu jitsu. I first came across mma when I watched video clips of the great Bas Rutten competing, and then began following the likes of Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz.


Back then I was the only person around to know about the sport, now thankfully that has changed. It is great to see this sport emerge on a global level and I am blessed to be a part of it. I am also campaigning for the UFC to hold another event in Ireland.


My idol is ‘The Iceman’ Chuck Liddell and my dream is one day to be sitting beside Joe Rogan calling a fight.

Micah Stoll has been a police officer since 2003 and a SWAT team member since 2009. He teaches defensive tactics and is an instructor in Gracie Jiu Jitsu for law enforcement.

Micah currently trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra and embraces the sport and philosophy of BJJ.

Kenneth Lee

Kenneth is a fight fan. He's been following Mixed Martial Arts since he was 16 years old. Training at one of the gyms of legendary boxer Gabriel "Flash" Elorde in Manila, Philippines - made him understand and appreciate the beautiful science of fighting.

Kenneth has the ability to break down a fight and discuss about what the two fighters can bring to the table even before they actually fight. One of the things he enjoy the most is studying fights, he consider himself obsessed with studying fights. What went wrong, what the other guy could've done.. etc.

Fighting has always been Kenneth's passion, he's dedicated that he would be in the fight game for the rest of his life. He's continuously learning and evolving as a martial artist and writing every inner thought that he has to share to those people with similar passion.

Through writing, Kenneth believes he can help promote the sport to make it even bigger than it already is. With a degree of BS Information Systems, he can break down every thinkable complex system there is, find a hole and come up with proposed solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Dan Sofia

Dan Sofia is a combat sport fanatic who has been around the fight game nearly all his life.

His grandfather was a boxer and successful sports bookmaker exposing a young Dan to classic fights of the 20’s – 70’s.


Since leaving New York City in 2005 Dan now resides in Coconut Creek, Fl across from the American Top Team gym and has since turned his attention to MMA.

Adam Neal

Adam Neal was a huge boxing fan from birth and swapped the boxing ring for the octagon many years ago, although he is still found frequenting the odd boxing event! Based in London, England and on a mission to help grow MMA as a sport and its coverage across the country.
